eLabNext is looking for a Product Owner who is well-versed in Scrum and Agile methodologies and is energised by effective communication with various stakeholders to elevate research to new heights. As a Product Owner at eLabNext, you will bring together various stakeholders, understand end-user needs independently, and effectively communicate your arguments due to your in-depth knowledge. You will analyse issues, set priorities, and translate them into the backlog, ultimately elevating our product and end-user research to a higher level.
Key qualifications include:
Experience working with large teams or multiple teams concurrently.
Ability to work independently.
Strong prioritisation skills.
Flexibility.
A completed HBO/WO education in Life Science.
Laboratory experience.
Possession of a PSPO certification or equivalent.

Maintain the high-level product roadmap and communicate this to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain and prioritise the development backlog and streamline the execution of priorities while maintaining the conceptual and functional integrity of the features or components for the team.
Define and refine epics, stories and tickets based on business needs.
Coordinate new product releases in alignment with marketing, sales and customer success as well as our customers.
Providing feedback on features, design concepts, and release targets
